CANCELLATION POLICY

A no-show is considered an appointment that a client does not attend and for which the client does not make contact regarding the missed appointment. No-show fees are applied as follows: First no-show: 25% of the appointment price Second no-show: 50% of the appointment price Third and subsequent no-shows: 100% of the appointment price Fees are based on the full price of the missed appointment Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Arriving late may result in services being adjusted to accommodate the remaining appointment time, this may include forfeiting the wash and style portion of the appointment. Clients who are 10 minutes late or more will need to reschedule their appointment, please communicate as soon as possible if you expect to be late. Timely communication helps avoid wasting both the client’s time and the barber’s time. A late cancellation is a cancellation made within two hours of the scheduled appointment time. Clients are expected to communicate directly with establishment as soon as possible when they need to cancel within this two-hour window If no communication is made, the client will be charged 25% of the appointment price.
